Film Production Support from A to Z in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan
“This epic new four-part series is Joanna Lumley's grandest and most challenging journey yet, a breath-taking odyssey from Venice to the Chinese border along the veins of the ancient Silk Road.
"The series follows naturalist Steve Backshall as he ventures into some of the remotest landscapes on the planet in order to discover more about the animals that live there. His mission is to gain insights about how the world’s wildlife can be protected for the future."
“Peking Express” is a reality TV show that follows a group of travelers as they embark on a journey from Amsterdam to Beijing. Each episode features a different leg of the journey, as the travelers navigate unfamiliar terrain and local customs while facing challenges and overcoming obstacles.
Thousands of years ago, as the "wings of the people", they became the faithful companions of a large nomadic people. Today small horses are an important part of the cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz in their search for identity and are still a symbol of freedom and mobility.

"“Silk Road From Above” is driven aerially with never-before-seen satellite imagery from space defining the geographic contexts of locations and revealing key climatic and geophysical forces that have shaped key landmarks along the route over time. Dynamic drone footage from the air adds a second dimension visually by delivering a unique ‘bird’s eye view of the Silk Road story. Ground shots will supplement the imagery from space and the air to complete the rich visual coverage that distinguishes ‘Silk Road from Above’."
