Peking Express (Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan)

Peking Express is a reality TV show that follows a group of travelers as they embark on a journey. Each episode features a different leg of the journey, as the travelers navigate unfamiliar terrain and local customs while facing challenges and overcoming obstacles. Along the way, they must rely on their resourcefulness and teamwork to survive, as they compete for a cash prize at the end of the journey. The show is known for its high-stakes challenges, intense competition, and dramatic interpersonal relationships, as well as its exotic locations and cultural immersion. Peking Express has been popular with audiences around the world, and has been adapted and remade in various countries. It is a thrilling and immersive viewing experience that offers a unique blend of adventure, competition, and cultural exploration.

About the project

Tenti TV was contracted by a Belgian production company to provide accommodation, transportation, crew hire, and obtain all filming and location permits. Production of Peking Express involved over 40 vehicles of various types, accommodations for a crew of 120+ people. Teams and crew were spread around different locations around the country - Song Kol, Issyk Kul, Bishkek, Toktogul and Osh.
In addition to covering productions basic necessities Tenti also supplied with 30+ two way radios, satellite phones, over 200 SIM cards, power inverters and so on.
Upon completing shoots in Kyrgyzstan our team travelled to Uzbekistan to provide transportation services in Uzbekistan which included suppling and managing 30+ vehicles (minivans, trucks, minibuses, and buses).
